Growing up I was extremely active studying ballet for 10 years with the Royal Academy of Dance. Unfortunately I made the decision to quit ballet and I completely lost my level of fitness. My life became constant parties, alcohol and bad food choices. And for that moment in time, I thought that was my true happiness when in fact I was completely disregarding my own physical and mental health.

You might be thinking so what was your ‘wake up call’? Well sorry to disappoint there wasn’t one – I just woke up one day joined my gym and took it step by step. As I tell my clients there are no ‘quick-fixes’ and there are no gimmicks just consistency. Is it easy staying consistent? Of course not! We are all human – we all have good days and we all have bad days. But overcoming those bad days make you appreciate those good days even more. Setting goals & seeing yourself reach those goals is motivation enough to stay consistent – trust me!

Now six years into my new fitness journey I’m the strongest I’ve ever been mentally & physically. From always being known as the ‘shy’ girl I have found my inner confidence and it is growing everyday. I’m here to show you that health & fitness isn’t always about the drastic transformations. And you certainly don’t have to become fitness obsessed and eat only lettuce for the rest of your days to see results. I’m here to work beside you and to share my knowledge and experience with you. Most importantly I’m here to give you self-confidence in your ability to achieve any goals you set and to help you lead a happy, healthy and balanced lifestyle.
