Q. Does it matter if I have never been to the gym?

A. No, I work with clients from a range of different fitness experiences. If you are new to the gym or new to fitness I work with you to give you confidence  & knowledge in your ability to help overcome any fears you may have

Q. Do I need access to a gym?

A. No, I will work with you to create a plan wherever it is you prefer to train, whether it to be at home, outdoors or at the gym

Q. How many times per week do I have to train?

A. This is completely dependant on your personal circumstances & your goals. During your consultation I will work with you to create a plan that works for you & your circumstances

Q. What are the costs?

A. I have a variety of different packages to accommodate various budgets. Please contact me to find out more about the most suitable package for you

Q. Is it really custom to me?

A. Yes, every person will have individual goals which will require a custom plan. I will work with you to make clear goals and from that I will create your own custom plan
