
Ingredients
- 2 Plain Naan Bread
- 50g Soft goat’s cheese, sliced thinly
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 400g tinned tomatoes
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic
- Handful of spinach
Method
- Add the diced onions and balsamic vinegar with 4 tbsp of water to a pan and cover a heat for 15min, ensuring not to burn
- Wilt the spinach in a pan and add garlic for 1-2min
- Mix the tinned tomatoes with the basil and oregano
- Spread the tinned tomatoes evenly across the naan bread
- Top with the spinach, caramelised onions and goat’s cheese
- Place in the oven at 180degrees for 15min until golden brown
