Naan Bread Goat’s Cheese & Caramelised Onion Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 Plain Naan Bread
  • 50g Soft goat’s cheese, sliced thinly
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 400g tinned tomatoes
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • Handful of spinach

Method

  1. Add the diced onions and balsamic vinegar with 4 tbsp of water to a pan and cover a heat for 15min, ensuring not to burn
  2. Wilt the spinach in a pan and add garlic for 1-2min
  3. Mix the tinned tomatoes with the basil and oregano
  4. Spread the tinned tomatoes evenly across the naan bread
  5. Top with the spinach, caramelised onions and goat’s cheese
  6. Place in the oven at 180degrees for 15min until golden brown
