
The fitness industry is over run with bad advice, generic workout plans and rogue personal trainers. Is it any wonder that so many clients that I have spoken to have tried workout plans, tried the latest fad diet and made plenty of sacrifices yet have not seen the results they had hoped for and deserve. They often feel like they have ‘failed’ – as I tell them it’s not your fault. The information they are being feed is broad, generic and lacks one key component for success – individualisation. With over 7 billion people in the world, no two people are the exact same. Each person has their own personalities, emotions and stories that make them unique therefore it would be wrong to think that the same health & fitness programme that works for me will work for you or anyone else.
I’m not here to give you a miracle 12 week miracle plan to achieve your ‘dream body’ as I don’t sell unrealistic plans to my clients. But what I can offer you is the chance to break free from the cycle of confusion and trial & error that has been created in this industry.
